FLV files (FLash Video files) are simply video encoded with the On2 VP6 video codec.

Since most computers don't come with an flv encoder, you will need to download one to use your videos with SMP. A free encoder is located here from Riva.

It is very easy to use and you will be encoding your video in no time!
